Appointments

• Using our website, you can reschedule or cancel your appointments up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
• To cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours from your scheduled appointment time, please call us for assistance.

Deposit Payments

• We require a deposit payment* to reserve your service appointment. *If you wish to pay your deposit by Venmo, please call Chad at 319-594-5619. Otherwise a 3.5% credit card processing fee will apply.

• Collected deposits are non refundable, but will be applied as credit to future invoices, after cancelling.
